No plans for an outdoor pool at ICE. Indoor pool, hot tub, and plunge pool, but no outdoor.

Hi Deepak,

Prices at ICE have gone up since June 2008. That being said, developers all over are now negotiating prices so getting a discount off the current list price at ICE is not out of the question at all.

That is one way to look at it-that by 2013 you will see an increase in value on a unit purchased today. But I’m not sure ICE is the greatest investment out there right now given the prices are in the $600 per square foot range.

Are there any price differences between ( less or more) now and from the time ICE Condo started Selling ( i guess in June 2008)….or still selling at same prices.

As canadian economy is in recession, do you think ICE condominium will be a good buy and economy will recover by 2013 .

Thanks for your comment. Sales are still happening at ICE. It is about 75% sold (first tower). The financing for the project is apparently all in place so it is good to go and no delays to speak of.
