New condo sales in Toronto soar 73 per cent
There were a total of 6,677 new condominium apartments sold across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) during the third quarter of this year, according to Urbanation Inc.’s recently released Q3-2016 market results. That amounts to a 73 per cent increase year-over-year, allowing sales to reach the highest level of third quarter activity on record.
