Email Setup Overview
Email settings bring together the pieces used for campaigns and inbox activity. The page shows the setup options and status available for your account.
Where to find it: Admin → Settings → Email
What to do
- Complete the sender name, reply address, and signature information shown.
- Connect an inbox if you want supported inbound and sent-message activity in the platform.
- Complete any sender or domain verification requested on the page.
- Send a test to yourself before creating a real campaign.
- Review monthly usage and plan limits.
Good to know
- A connected inbox and a verified campaign sender solve different jobs; complete both when they are offered.
- Old Email Accounts and Email Identity links now lead to the unified Email settings page.
