Connect a Custom Domain
Red Bricks OS prepares the domain and displays the DNS records your domain provider needs. Use the values shown for your account; do not copy DNS values from an old article or another website.
Where to find it: Admin → Settings → Domain
What to do
- Enter the domain you own without a page path, then select Add.
- Keep the DNS instructions open.
- Sign in to the company where the domain’s DNS is managed.
- Create or replace the records exactly as displayed, including type, name, and value.
- Return to Domain Management and select Refresh after the records have had time to update.
Good to know
- The system may add both the root domain and its www version.
- An Active status means the domain and secure connection are ready. DNS pending means the public records do not match yet.
